Who Founded Circadia Skincare?

Dr. Peter T. Pugliese founded Circadia back in 2001. He did so based on decades of developing and manufacturing skincare products for other major companies in the cosmetics industry. Pulgiese’s extensive knowledge as a physician and researcher contributed to making Circadia a success. Today, Michael Q. Pugliese, the grandson of Circadia’s original founder, leads the company’s product development. Both men are the recipients of international awards including numerous from The Society of Cosmetics and Chemists. Dr. Peter Pugliese is the recipient of the highest honor and recognition of the Maison De Navarro Award which marks technical contributions to the area of cosmetic chemistry.
