REFUND POLICY

We understand that sometimes you order products that you change your mind on, are put off by the packaging or have decided to try something else. This is not a problem. If you are unhappy with your purchase you have the option to either return the item/s for a refund within 14 days of receiving them or return the item for store credit and let our Tribe advise you on a suitable replacement. 

You should notify us that you wish to return your items within 5 days of receiving them either at ecom@youngldn.com or 0208 354 3970.

Only unused, unopened items in their original packaging can be returned for a refund. Upon receipt of your returned items, should they meet these requirements we will then issue a refund. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any items that have been opened.
