So, we’ve spoken about how to prepare yourself for a day of fun in the sun (FYI it includes a whole load of SPF), but how do we treat our skin post-sun exposure? Replenishing our skin is just as important as protecting it, because while sunscreen helps it doesn’t eliminate all the signs of sun damage. It’s still possible for you to suffer from dry skin, fine lines and wrinkles, irritation and cell damage. But that’s no excuse not to wear sunscreen because if you don’t wear any protection at all, consider the above side effects guaranteed.
