  • On the first burn, ensure you burn the wax all the way to the edge of the glass jar. This is incredibly important to ensure tunneling doesn't occur where the candle burns down in a small hole. Before you light the candle subsequent times, ensure you snap off any black burnt bits.
  • If you do not allow your candle to burn properly on its first burn it will 'tunnel' and burn downwards in a small hole. Remember to trim your wick to 5mm before the first burn.
